English 85% (verbal and written)

High School diploma or equivalent

More education or experience may be preferred

Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice

Understanding of company products, services, and policies

Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills

Ability to ask validation questions and diffuse tense situations

Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to recognize and appropriately escalate all aspects of the project

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

Self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced team collaboration environment

Able to work with diverse technical, sales, and management teams
