3-5 years of network design and network engineering experience
3-5 years of direct customer facing and customer support experience
Provides advanced technical SME expertise and demonstrate strong understanding of implementation of technology and infrastructure and support processes.
Significant experience in a technical sales role or experience creating technical solutions
VoIP and Collaboration Solutions Architect – CCNP Collaboration certification (formerly CCNP-Voice)
Should have been worked on the CHCS no less than a year back
Prepare bills of materials (“BOM”) required for design solutions
Strong background supporting h.323, SIP and SIP trunking services
experience with IP PBX and voice gateway
Knowledge on primary Public Branch Exchange (“PBX”) manufacturers (Cisco, AVAYA, Shortel, Nortel) and primary VoIP SBC vendors (Cisco, Sonus, AVAYA, and Oracle)
Strong knowledge and experience with SBC design, functionality and configuration
Strong knowledge and experience working with VoIP networking products and solutions including voice calling, voice routing, voice mail services and features
Knowledge of dial plans and ability to interpret and configure a customer dial plan
Experience with Cisco Call manager 11.x version, TMS, VCS, SBCs, and voice/video endpoint
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in designing and supporting complex, multi-faceted network topologies
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced team collaboration environment.
